Overview

As part of their business development, MTN Business Kenya were ready to embark on a whole new website design and build, as well as supporting digital marketing to boost the visibility and performance of the website overall.

The goal in launching a new website and marketing campaign was for MTN to increase their conversion rate online and generate more quality enquiries.

Throughout this exercise, the key was to delve deep into the needs of the customer, explore their goals and help deliver a digital experience that would connect with the user throughout all stages of their customer journey and help create quality leads through the website.

Objectives

  • To design an engaging, visually impactful, responsive website.
  • To build the site on a new CMS which is easy to use.
  • To increase organic traffic , leads & enquiries of their offering.

Strategy & Solution

We began the web design by creating a new sitemap that aligned with the user goals, business goals and digital marketing strategy.

We prioritized which pages and user flows that were going to satisfy the users the most.
