Role Purpose

The Publication Designer delivers high-quality, creative publication design and graphic design work to our clients through strong visual execution, attention to detail, and speed of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with our dynamic team to ensure design consistency, creative excellence, and brand alignment across all deliverables.

2. Develop compelling designs and visual content for print and digital media, applying graphic design fundamentals and publication layout skills where required.

3. Design and adapt annual reports, brochures, newsletters, company profiles, pitch documents, magazines, proposals, case studies, and other long-form materials during publication cycles, while supporting general graphic design work when publications are off-cycle.

4. Prepare accurate final artwork for print and digital publishing, including pagination, margins, bleeds, image resolution, colour settings, packaging, and version control.

5. Stay abreast of current industry standards, emerging technologies, publication design trends, social media trends, and market dynamics.
